Module 01 · Overview

Your readiness snapshot, without a grade.

The Overview is what you see when you open Blueprint. It shows how assembled your room is, what to do next in priority order, and where each ILPA component stands. The fuel gauge rises as you resolve findings and complete folders. You are never scored against other managers.

  • The fuel gauge shows room assembly progress across five weighted inputs: ILPA coverage, folder completeness, DDQ answered ratio, open findings, and ODD items in place.
  • Every open finding has a specific recommended next step attached to it. Resolving the action advances the gauge.
  • The ILPA coverage map shows the full standard organized across five groups, including items marked not applicable with a stated reason.

Module 02 · Evaluator Lens

What a real allocator will catch, tailored to your target LP.

Select your target LP archetype and the platform adapts. The narrative lead, the data room emphasis, and the objection to pre-empt all shift to match how that allocator reads a first-time fund. The consistency audit then reads all of your uploaded materials together and flags what is inconsistent across them.

  • Six archetypes: financial institutional, impact or mission foundation, development finance institution, family office, state fund of funds, and SEDMI emerging-manager program.
  • The consistency and narrative-drift audit reads your deck, your construction model, your draft agreement, your track record, and your website together. It names specific inconsistencies, not generic suggestions.
  • The pre-diligence simulation returns a qualitative fit read and a one-line summary you can act on. It never produces a score.

Narrative lead
Lead with fund mathematics, attribution proof, and operational diligence readiness.
Data room emphasis
Emphasize track record, ODD package, and DDQ completeness.
Objection to pre-empt
First-fund attribution and team depth will be probed early.
Archetype fit read
Strong fit
A financial institutional LP will find the fund mathematics coherent. Resolve the attribution finding before the first meeting.
Module 03 · Firm Narrative

Your story excavated, your track record translated.

The Firm Narrative module asks you the questions a good IR consultant would ask: your founding insight, your prior seat, your personal edge, and your long game. Blueprint structures your answers into a ghostwritten synthesis written in your voice, not in Blueprint's. The track record translation restates prior SPV and angel deals as fund-equivalent performance using ILPA Performance Template methodology.

  • Four narrative inputs: founding insight, prior seat, personal edge, and firm origin. Each has specific guidance on what makes the answer credible to an institutional reader.
  • The track record translation appears only in the track record context. SPV content is never mixed into the main narrative or presented as fund-level performance without attribution.
  • The synthesis draft is yours to edit before it goes into any document. Blueprint never sends materials on your behalf.

The founding insight
Be specific. A named experience is more credible than a general observation.
Climate and food-systems founders kept reaching us a full round before the institutional firms noticed them, because we had spent a decade operating inside these supply chains.
The synthesis
Once your founding insight, prior seat, and firm origin are saved, the synthesis draws your narrative, your edge, and your track record into a single draft written in your voice.
Module 04 · Data Room

14 institutional folders, organized to the ILPA standard.

Your data room is organized to the 14 folders that institutional LPs expect. Each folder shows how many documents are ready and which tier unlocks it. Blueprint pre-fills documents from your uploaded materials using the same AI layer that powers the consistency audit. Legal documents never auto-generate and always route to your counsel.

  • Folders 00 through 05 and 07 through 10 unlock at the Build tier. Folders 06, 11, 12, 13, and 14 unlock at the Raise tier.
  • Every folder shows its ILPA source reference, so you know exactly which section of the DDQ or which template it maps to.
  • The Complete ILPA Coverage section below the folder grid accounts for every ILPA component, including items marked not applicable with a stated reason. An LP who knows ILPA can see that the full standard was considered.

Module 05 · LP Intelligence

Research on each LP before you meet them, and drafted answers during diligence.

Add a target LP and Blueprint generates a research brief: what they have funded, how they make decisions, their typical check size and timeline, and what they are likely to probe. When you receive a diligence questionnaire, upload it and Blueprint drafts institution-calibrated answers drawn from your own data room content. You review and refine each answer before sending.

  • Research briefs use live web search and are generated fresh each time you request one for an institution.
  • Drafted DDQ answers reference your actual materials, not generic placeholders. The answer to a question about your track record will use your track record translation, not a template.
  • Each LP in your pipeline carries an archetype, a stage, and a champion path. The pipeline view is designed for relationship tracking, not a replacement for a placement agent.
