Blueprint Intelligence / Data Room and DDQ / How long does an LP DDQ take to complete?
Data Room and DDQ

Use a compact evidence set that lets the reader test the answer instead of relying on the assertion alone.
A short questionnaire can take longer than a large one when basic facts conflict across the materials.
Label supported facts, partial evidence and missing information separately. Precision is more credible than unsupported completeness.
Triage the questions by ready, needs confirmation and missing evidence before drafting prose.
Record the source, responsible owner and effective date for every material statement. Recheck it whenever the underlying evidence changes.
