Blueprint Intelligence / Data Room and DDQ / ILPA DDQ versus an LP-specific questionnaire
Data Room and DDQ
Use a broad industry questionnaire to organize the evidence, then answer the allocator's actual form, definitions and supplemental requests.
A strong DDQ answer is specific, current and traceable to the supplied fund evidence. It should answer the question asked without turning a target, intention or draft policy into an established fact.
Use a broad industry questionnaire to organize the evidence, then answer the allocator's actual form, definitions and supplemental requests.
Use a compact evidence set that lets the reader test the answer instead of relying on the assertion alone.
A prepared industry-format response does not mean every LP will accept the same document or ask the same questions.
Label supported facts, partial evidence and missing information separately. Precision is more credible than unsupported completeness.
Maintain reusable evidence without claiming that one format guarantees completeness.
Record the source, responsible owner and effective date for every material statement. Recheck it whenever the underlying evidence changes.
