Use stable, descriptive names that identify the fund, subject, status and effective date without exposing internal drafting notes.
Use a compact evidence set that lets the reader test the answer instead of relying on the assertion alone.
Names such as final-v7 obscure which copy the LP should rely on.
Label supported facts, partial evidence and missing information separately. Precision is more credible than unsupported completeness.
Rename the current set and remove superseded copies from the shared view.
Record the source, responsible owner and effective date for every material statement. Recheck it whenever the underlying evidence changes.
